职位描述:(主要职能)

Simulation Educator for undergraduate programs to provide clinical, educational, and technical expertise of simulation-based activities in the Skills/Simulation Lab. 教 in accordance with the schedule of classes and follows the approved course descriptions and syllabi as established by the program faculty and administration. 提供领导 and management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the programs of 研究.

• Plans, selects, and evaluates learning experiences in assigned clinical scenario based on individual student needs, program objectives, and program philosophy.
• Cooperates with the Program Directors in the development of the simulation scenarios aligned with the programs ‘curriculum as well as selection of resource materials and 设备和预算提案.
• Communicates with appropriate personnel in planning, selecting, and evaluating student learning experiences as outlined in course specific syllabi.
•  Assumes responsibility for the instruction, evaluation and supervision of students in the simulation and practice lab setting to include the following:

• Participates in departmental and divisional meetings.
• Participate in off campus professional development related to health science programs.
• Serves on department and campus committees as assigned.
